Program Terms & Conditions · Effective date: October 10, 2026
These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern registration, enrollment, payment, and participation in training offered as THE FILM SET PROTOCOL™ through filmsetprotocol.com. The provider and contracting entity is T Entertainment LLC, 12400 Ventura Blvd, Studio City, CA 91604 (“Provider,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).
Offerings may include Online Group Master Program, Online Private Master Program, In-Person Group Weekend Master Program, and In-Person Private Weekend Master Program. Program descriptions, tuition, dates, location, delivery method, curriculum, and any included materials are those stated in the specific offer and invoice at the time of enrollment. Private session dates and times are arranged individually and are not guaranteed until confirmed in writing. Training is educational; it is not employment, a casting service, talent representation, or a promise of auditions or professional opportunities.
Submitting a registration form is an application, not an automatic acceptance or confirmed seat. Applications may be reviewed for suitability, capacity, scheduling, and other lawful program requirements. If approved, an invoice and payment instructions will be sent. As stated on the website, enrollment is confirmed only after payment is received and we issue confirmation. Do not make nonrefundable travel arrangements until your enrollment, dates, and venue have been confirmed.
Tuition is shown in US dollars unless the applicable offer states otherwise. Current advertised options include: Online Group Master Program ($895); Online Private Master Program ($1,150); In-Person Group Weekend Master Program ($1,395); and In-Person Private Weekend Master Program ($1,850). Prices may change for future offerings but will not change an accepted paid booking without your agreement. Payment is due according to the invoice. Any applicable taxes, currency conversion fees, or bank charges will be identified or handled as required by law. Enrollment is not secured by an unpaid invoice.
Cancellation requests must be sent in writing to HollywoodGian@gmail.com. A cancellation received at least seven (7) calendar days before the scheduled Program start qualifies for a 100% tuition refund. A cancellation received fewer than seven (7) days but at least forty-eight (48) hours before the scheduled start qualifies for a 50% tuition refund. A cancellation received less than forty-eight (48) hours before the start, or failure to attend (no-show), is nonrefundable, except where applicable law requires otherwise. Refunds are issued to the original payment method where feasible. One transfer to another available Program date is permitted without a transfer fee if requested at least seven (7) calendar days before the start, subject to availability and any difference in tuition. Later transfer requests may be approved at our discretion; a transfer is not guaranteed. Private Program dates are agreed individually; these notice periods run from the confirmed start date. Mandatory cancellation and refund rights under applicable law take precedence.
We may reasonably change an instructor, timetable, platform, or venue when necessary, while preserving the Program’s essential educational purpose. If we cancel a paid Program or materially change its date, location, or format and you do not accept an offered alternative, we will offer a refund of tuition paid for the affected Program, subject to mandatory law. We are not responsible for independently booked travel, lodging, visa, or other incidental expenses except where required by law. If events beyond reasonable control disrupt delivery, we will communicate available alternatives and honor applicable refund rights.
SET CERTIFIED™ is awarded to participants who attend and complete the required training and satisfactorily demonstrate an understanding of essential film-set procedures, professional conduct, and safety protocols. Instructors may assess this through participation, practical exercises, and observation; a written examination is not necessarily required. Participants who do not meet the requirements may be asked to complete additional instruction or assessment before certification is awarded. SET CERTIFIED™ is a private training credential, not a government license, union certification, academic degree, or promise of employment or casting.
Participants must treat instructors and other attendees respectfully, comply with reasonable instructions, follow venue and production safety rules, and refrain from harassment, discrimination, threats, dangerous behavior, or disruptive conduct. Physical demonstrations, simulated set activity, and practical exercises must be undertaken only as directed; do not perform stunts or hazardous activity without appropriate authorization and supervision. We may remove a participant whose conduct presents a safety risk or seriously disrupts the Program, following a fair assessment and subject to applicable refund laws.
Online participants are responsible for a suitable device, internet connection, and quiet, appropriate participation environment. We will communicate the platform and access instructions in advance. Login credentials and private access links may not be shared. We will make reasonable efforts to address material technical disruptions under our control; issues with a participant’s own device or connectivity do not automatically entitle them to a refund, subject to applicable law and the published refund policy.
Course videos, slides, handouts, scripts, training methods, trademarks, names, logos, and other Program content belong to the Provider or its licensors. Enrollment grants a limited, personal, nonexclusive, nontransferable license to use provided materials solely for individual learning. Participants may not copy, record, distribute, upload, resell, teach from, publish, or commercially exploit course content without prior written permission, except as allowed by applicable law. No ownership or trademark rights transfer through enrollment.
Participants may not audio-record, video-record, livestream, photograph restricted materials, or publicly post identifiable fellow participants without prior authorization and any required consent. Provider recording of sessions, participant likenesses, testimonials, or work for marketing requires a separate, clearly disclosed consent or other valid legal basis; accepting these Terms alone does not grant blanket promotional permission. Any optional publicity release should be presented separately. Information collected through registration is handled under the separately posted Privacy Policy.
Programs may involve practice material, personal performance feedback, and discussions of real production experiences. Participants should respect the privacy of others and must not disclose information specifically identified as confidential, subject to lawful reporting, whistleblower protections, and other nonwaivable rights. Nothing in these Terms prevents reporting suspected unlawful conduct or communicating with regulators.
In-person training may involve movement, standing, blocking, equipment demonstrations, and simulated film-set exercises, which carry ordinary risks of accidental injury. Participants must follow all safety instructions and disclose accommodation needs where practicable. Each in-person participant must maintain their own valid health/medical and personal accident insurance covering participation in the location of the Program, including any necessary emergency medical treatment. For minors, the parent or legal guardian is responsible for ensuring appropriate coverage. We may request confirmation of coverage before participation. T Entertainment LLC does not provide individual accident, health, or travel insurance to participants. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or waives rights under applicable law.
Training content reflects professional practices and educational judgment, but production standards, safety rules, union requirements, and employer policies may vary. Participants must follow the rules of any actual production on which they work. To the extent permitted by law, the Provider is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from Program participation. Nothing limits nonwaivable statutory remedies or liability that applicable law prohibits excluding.
There is no minimum age for participation. For any participant under 18, a parent or legal guardian must complete or approve registration, consent to participation, and accept these Terms on the minor’s behalf to the extent legally permitted. The Provider may require a guardian to attend or remain reachable as appropriate for safety and supervision. Reasonable accessibility accommodations may be requested at HollywoodGian@gmail.com.
In-person attendees are responsible for travel documents, visas, transportation, accommodation, and insurance unless the specific offer states otherwise. Online session times will be communicated with a clearly identified time zone before payment is finalized. Participants are responsible for confirming that attendance is lawful in their jurisdiction; consumer protections that cannot be waived remain applicable.
Participants agree to provide accurate contact details and to receive transactional communications relating to applications, invoices, scheduling, and enrollment. Marketing communications, if any, will follow separate consent and applicable unsubscribe requirements. We may revise these Terms for future registrations. The version provided or linked at the time of a participant’s confirmed booking governs that booking unless a change is required by law or mutually agreed.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflicts-of-law rules, except to the extent mandatory consumer protections of another jurisdiction apply. Subject to such protections and applicable law, disputes may be brought before courts of competent jurisdiction in Los Angeles County, California. No mandatory arbitration or waiver of statutory rights is imposed by these Terms.
